The process of 1:1 Yoga Therapy involves designing a personalised program based on the specific physical, psychological, social and emotional state of health, and the individual's unique circumstances, needs and goals. It is a holistic process that aims to guide, support and empower each person on their unique journey towards improved health and well- being.

A specifically tailored Yoga Therapy Program/ Individualised Practice, which can be practised in the safety and comfort of your own home- on a chair, mat, or bed- can help to:

  • Manage and reduce pain

  • Support mental health

  • Address specific health conditions

  • Enhance relationships

  • Increase energy and mobility

  • Balance body, mind and breath

  • Help with insomnia

  • Increase the quality of life

Tools used can include gentle, therapeutic movements, breathing practices, sound, visualization, mindfulness snippets, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
