Oneness Yoga Space- a space for you, for me, for everyone

What an amazing journey of searching, finding and creating it has been!

For it is the message and the intention behind a new logo and a new website that count.

Moving from "Move to Live" to "Oneness Yoga Space" was a journey of self- discovery and reflection and many questions to be asked and answered. In the process of developing a new business, the intention was to think of a name that incorporates everything we want our clients to experience:

  • A holistic approach to health and wellbeing
  • A safe space for healing, exploration, discovery, guidance and reflection
  • A place to connect, to listen, to learn
  • A space for mind, body and soul
  • A space for every individual

Oneness Yoga Space celebrates the uniqueness of all human beings and focuses on individual needs, goals and stories. Therefore, we mainly offer personal yoga practices, one-on-one with a focus on the individual, as yoga was traditionally taught.

However, we also value and care for the community. Regular classes are taught on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings at "Loft&Earth" in Bondi Junction, a beautiful space shared by health practitioners- Oneness in an attempt to provide a combination of the most beneficial therapies for everyone. Our "Yoga & Tea with Dani" yoga classes combine mindful, breath- centred movement and meditation with an opportunity to connect with other like-minded people over a cup of tea after each class.

In addition, we offer yoga classes for school teachers, corporate yoga classes and personal training either at your work place, at your home or in Centennial Park/ Queen's Park in Sydney, NSW.

In this first blog entry I would like to say a sincere THANK YOU to families, friends, colleagues and supporters who have all been amazingly patient and encouraging throughout this journey. To yoga teachers far and near for their ongoing guidance and to all the wonderful and inspiring people I have met along my way. And a big THANK YOU to all the unique people out there who will come and connect in the future. I can't wait to meet you.

Love and light,

Dani
